2. Orders & Cancellations

Order Acceptance: All orders placed online are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, item availability, delivery radius, or pricing errors.

Cancellations: Food preparation begins shortly after an order is received. If you need to cancel or change your order, you must call us immediately at [Your Phone Number]. Cancellations requested after food preparation has begun will not be eligible for a refund.
 

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary based on weather, traffic, and kitchen volume.

Receipt of Order: You must be present at the provided delivery location at the time of delivery. Our drivers will attempt to reach you using the phone number provided at checkout. If you fail to answer or accept delivery within 10 minutes of arrival, the driver will leave, and you will remain fully charged for the order.

4. Allergens & Special Requests

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other potential allergens. While we follow strict hygiene standards, cross-contamination may occur.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept payments via Cash and Card Payment is collected in full upon checkout.
 

6. Refunds & Quality Complaints

We may request a photo of the affected items to process a replacement, credit, or refund.
